With regular exercise, lots of needed attention, and good climate, usually 15 to 24 years ~

About the same as any other horse 20 to 30 years. My arabian lived to 25. My sister’s lived to 30.

I know a 35 year old Arabian! He still shows children’s classes at the local shows with his 9-year-old owner. :)

We have one gelding aged 35 who is a bit wrinkly around the mouth and a tad gray, one mare 28 years old and thinks she is 5 and three others in their early to mid 20’s.

They still all prance around with their tails and noses in the air as Arabians do best and are in very good health.
