Tell me the good and bad sides of both of them, and tell me your opinion on which one you think is better.

there is no better, they are for totally separate purposes. Quarter horses are for running the 1/4 mile. Arabians are for dressage or showing.

it depends on what you want to do with them.quarter horses are strong horses with a good work ethic and tend to be used for more utilitarian purposes like working livestock or rodeo events like gaming and reining.arabians tend to be a little more hot than quarters and are used for things like endurance, dressage and jumping but this doesnt mean they have to be keyholed into one disipline.quarters tend to be stocky and arabs tend to be of fine bone structure so it all comes down to what you are going to use them for.
